It could be ironic, but...
1) It's not funny.
2) It could be ironic, but see above.
3) If they are being funny and not ironic, then freezing infants in the Sophia maternity ward is subject of hilarity for the Russian men's choir.
It would have been even funnier if they'd offered to replace the gas with uranium.
We need a follow-up song.
